Thanks for all the contributions. It helps a lot. I figured out an easy solution that most people don't have to go through all those headaches:
1. Register your user account under this web: https://server.growatt.com/login
2. After downloading your mobile app. In the country selection, Do NOT select specific country, Go select "OTHER"
3. Log on with your user name and password, Set your datalogger wifi creditial. Basically you job is done.
