Growatt SPF 12000t HVM - Service Menu / Voltage Offset

Hi!

I'm trying to calibrate my Growatt SPF 12000t HVM to correctly read the battery voltage which is currently 0.5V too high. Does anyone know if there is a service menu one can access to apply some kind of a voltage offset in this particular model? A quick google search returns some information about pressing up & down arrow and entering 111 as password to access this kind of functionality in other Growatt models - this unfortunately does not seem to work in my model.

Does anyone have any information about this or has a better suggestion how to calibrate an inverter in a different way?

There is a way. There is a utility you can download to a laptop and adjust the voltage calibration using the USB interface. Signature Solar has the utility posted on a Google drive (I don’t know the link at the moment). You can contact their technical support team and get the details.

Go here and download the calibration tool. You might need the windows drivers too, my PC did not.
