I have a Growatt SPF 3000K LVM-ES, a EG4 -48V100AH battery and 1.92KW solar panels for a years now. I have been using the power to run my freezer, refrigerator, lights and garage opener in my garage.
As the weather was getting hot, I also run 1200 BTU Midea Window AC when the SOC is more than 90% and I turned it off when the Battery SOC went down to 53V or (75%) in the evening.

Then the last two morning, the battery got to alarm mode and was under 49V . I have set my system program to SBU and 51V on Program 12. How come, the utility didn't kick in to charge my battery when the SOC falls below 51 V ? Any suggestions?

Could you list your settings? Especially for charge mode and also for the transfer to utility and back to inverter settings. Also make sure you have AC coming in. If there is a push button breaker reset on you model it might be tripped.
