I'm having some issues with my all in one PV board.

That have max 450 VOC voltage, and my panels are wired to +/- 360v.

I'm just wandering if there are higher voltage mppt available that are in my budget. (48v system, or better 51.2 LiFePO4)

A whole new unit is about $500,-
Obviously the TriStar 600v for +$1200,- is not a realistic option.

Alternative I rewire my cables for that contact to match the overall available 150v MPPT.
(Actually I have spare 60A PowMr)

What's your all-in-one? How many watts of solar panels?

I haven't seen any 600V or higher MPPT controllers within your budget. I need to check on the pricing but Victron has a 450V 100A controller out that may work as a drop-in replacement. I'll try and check tomorrow or Tuesday if I can remember.

Outside of that, a PV Inverter might be in your price range. Most average 600V. There are some that have 1000V inputs but would cost more than $500 (closer to $1500). Using a PV inverter though would all depend on the capabilities of your AIO. Are you off-grid?

Yes, off grid.

I have 3 X hybrid inverter working in parallel.

Just one of them the PV module have issues.

Replacement PV board is about $125-150.

For sure not an other Inverter needed.

I did not know Victron have one 450v model.

Ampere is "flexible".

The 2 units that work perfectly can do about 9000 watt.
(4500 each)
One set is 16* 340 panels on one unit.
It stops automatically at 5000, doesn't accept more.
Getting rated power is normally not realistic..
Too hot, too cold, wrong angle, dust, not totally clear sky.. that list goes on.. (I do get frequent 5000)

Other 2 share 27 panels.
one * 9, one * 18 (330w)
Again... One have over "capacity"
Yet from that set, it doesn't get that often to 5000w.

So I need replacement for the 9 panels, 3000 watt.

Alternative I try to rewire...
But that's not going to be easy.
(Location not really accessable)

I'll look into the Victron!

I tried to find that Victron, but was not able to.
To me it seems their mppt stop at 150v, like "the rest".

If you can find a link, please let me know
