How does the Renogy ddc30s/50s handle over volts or amps?

Hello, if I was to add some more solar panels and took my system close to max how does the charger keep it self safe?

Assume I am using the ddc50s, I could use 5 21 volt, 10 amp solar panels to get about 1000 watts right? but that will be right at the edge of amps, ( and about 5 volts under max of the device. will the ddc50s be safe is the amps maybe dip up to 55 on a perfectly sunny day? or the volts hit 26? or do I have to make sure to leave leeway so maybe use the lower voltage setup and only use 4 of them instead of 5?

I am planning on using something like the following.
~200 watt panels
Voc 24.3
vmpp 21
9.5 amps

or maybe this one
~215 watt panels
voc 23.7
vmpp20.03
amps 10.7
