I want to build a string box to parallel a 4s4p array. Does this look like the right components that I should buy to get the job done?
I already have these components:
So, I just need another fuse and fuse holder, one more of the gray squares where the negatives connect (I'm not sure what the name is in English), and a couple cable glands for the thicker cables that I'm going to pass through the 63A DC circuit breaker to my charge controller. The existing MC4s will all be converted into inlets.
But I was thinking about using some sort of copper bar for paralleling, however, it seems the distributors don't have those, so I guess I'll just keep daisy-chaining the way the string box has already been set up.
