Interesting powmr facts

Just got an pow-hpm5.6kw unit delivered.
500v pv
230v ac european
48v battery

There is alot of undocumented info about these units and I will fill it down and try format/edit it better as I learn.

Inverter Power Saving mode
Idle battery draw: 50W
Power saving mode enabled: 32W
It goes into power saving mode if no solar input and if ac load is less than 50w after a few minutes and if the setting number 22 is set to enabled .Each 20 or so second the inverter turns on for a fraction of a second to check if loads are greater than 50w. So led bulbs will twinkle each 20 second if they are on and does not consume more than 50w.

Additional settings in Ipower PC application
Max pv battery charging 100A (the AiO units max setting cant be set above 80A)
Max mains battery charging 100A (the AiO units max setting cant be set above 60A)
Max combines pv and mains battery charging 150A (the AiO units max setting cant be set above 80A combined charging)
If you change these values in Ipower they will show up on the unit, if you change the value on the unit itself the value will revert to its rated max value. See spoiler: Setting 7 is pv+ac combined charging current

I have these in parallel. It’s a pain I have to have 2 Wi-Fi dongles to monitor both of them.
It has been painful to find technical info for them. These are SRNE units rebadged.

I found a good site the other night.

what software are you using to connect to the PowMr AIO? Also, how do you 'turn on' the setting that uses PV to charge the battery and powers things in the house at the same time?
