Most SG’S are packaged around a key goal, like weight, or portability, and most batteries are designed for a capacity/price ratio. If you are DIY’ing, a setup, you can usually beat a prepackaged SG… especially if you only need DC or USB, or a certain inverter capacity…is it cheaper to buy the lifepo batteries or just buy a solar generator
