Jackery 500 - Trickle Charge?

Hi there,

Can I leave my Jackery plugged in non-stop without damaging the unit? I have a GZ and I know I am able to do that. Wondering if I am also able to do that with the Jackery 500?

Your safest bet is to pose that question directly to Jackery customer support at hello@jackery.com. I've contacted them several times and they respond quickly and have been very helpful.

Since I have a couple Jackery Explorers (240 & 500), I got curious and asked Jackery support. They said you can keep the units plugged in without issue. It will not cause any damage to the battery.
