Good day. My screen to my Jackery 1000 is cracked, blacked out and only displaying the % sign. I have tried calling and have emailed Jackery to no avail. Is there anything I can purchase that will tell me how much power is on my Jackery? I have no experience at all. Any help would be so appreciated. Thank you so much!

Whatever you did, that's what you planned.
Just in case you've haven't already come to this conclusion on your own I fear there's no way get a replacement screen as I doubt they stock any parts, probably just complete units.
Perhaps you can get them to make a deal on a returned unit?

I'm going to check to see if Bluetti and some others has good customer service and I will purchase a backup from one of them. Customer service is EVERYTHING. Even if they don't service what they sell, they should still provide great customer service. I will not buy another Jackery. Again, thank you.
