Jagged metallic conducting stripes of solar panel

Hello,
Trust you are all well.
Please I need explanation on why am having some deformities on the metallic conducting stripes of 2 of my panels. It started with one & now I have 2 of such panels.
Below picture may give you an idea of what am saying about the panels.
Please what do you think is happening & what can I do to stop the progression.
