JK BMS BT error: Device is not supported

Did you ever figure out a way to make a phone with Android 12 work with the app? My JK BMS was working fine, and now that my phone is upgraded to android 12 it won't even see the BMS in the JK BMS app. In bluetooth it sees it, but won't connect since it is only designed to connect via the app. I would prefer not to revert my phone back to android 11...

What version of the app are you using? I think 4.6.1 is the latest.

Anybody had news of un update that made the app work on Android 12?
I'm about to order the JK-B2A8S20P but I also have an Android 12 phone. So far that's the only downside of this BMS.

I was able to make it work on Android 12 with an older version of the app.

I tried 4.0.0 all the way to 4.6.1 and none of them worked. I had given up until finally decided to try 3.7.5 late last night. 3.7.5 does in fact work on Android 12, whereas all the most recent versions of the app do not.
Hi, is it possible to get the link to this version pls. Regards

AT&T tells me they are about to upgrade my phone to Android 12, so I'm a bit scared. What version is the older version that you got to work? Do you have a link to where you installed it from?

Thank you! What is the difference between "GPS" BMSONE files and "BMS" BMS files?
GPS is more expensive and requires yearly renewal, and he can monitor your device remotely.

Nami, nearly all of my electrical work concerns "Recreation Vehicles" (vans, Travel Trailers and large-scale RVs). Most new Vans and large-scale RVs already provide GPS tracking, but it is lacking on most older models and most travel trailers. This "feature", built into a BMS which you already need anyway :) , possibly provides a good recovery mechanism for the case of a stolen vehicle or battery pack.

Are there any geographical limits in the coverage?

GPS is relatively simple to use, but at present, we mainly consider the problem of charging. GPS needs an international card, that is, an international SIM card. Like your telephone card, it needs to charge regularly, which will cause many subsequent problems. We're trying to solve it

Hi @Nami, I also tried connecting to the app, to new and older versions of the app bit nothing seems to work. The app does see the BMS but when I click it it mentions 'device not supported'. Can you please help? Thanks

Question for those of you who have successfully downloaded the app for Android. Any tips on how to do it? I tried but got lost along the way.

Scan the QR code on the BMS, follow the link. You'll get to something like this (follow red arrows):

This last one will start the APK download, which you can then install.
