Trying to solve a problem with keeping a home server up and running while we snow bird. I have a gel battery surge protector inline... but it's only good for about 45 minutes. Thinking about a solar generator that will be plugged into shore power, but what will that due to the LFP battery being plugged in all the time? I'd like it to go at least two days in case of a power extended power outage.

I have seen no evidence of lfp batteries being fully charged for long durations to be bad for them. You should be good so long as it is from a reputable manufacturer
