I usually use by solar panels during daylight, but since 2 days ago I notice I am using up my batteries. I notice that the fan was not working because its not making any noise.

What can you tell us about your batteries? Size? age? Pics?

And what is “the fan”? A fan in equipment or a fan in the room or?.

I have 12 lithium batteries. When the equipment is charge by sunlight the equipment has always made a noice like if it is cooling up. Its not a fan on celing or on stand.

I have 12 lithium batteries
12 cells or 12 batteries?

What size? How old.? How are hey wired. Wiring 12 batteries, presumably as 3P4S or 4S3P can be tricky to get right.

I am still confused about what fan? In the OutBack or white Schneider box? I have same inverter and understand fan goes crazy when battery cutout or over current.

Well in my case, when the the equipment is charging , using solar power, it makes a noice that to me I would descrie as a fan. Once the charging is done the noice is also done with.
