Got 3 of these <used> BYD 24VDc battery packs from BatteryHookup. Connected a Victron 100/30 with 2x 290Watt Solar Panels and charged it up to 27V.
After 2 days I connected in the ISDT BatteryGo BG-8S and it looks like I have 1 dead cell and another one really bad. So I hit the button and told it to balance the cells.
Not sure how it's going to work I don't have an external power for it?
So I'm looking for advice, tips, tricks. Did I do something wrong?

You could try going cell to cell with a volt meter and varify the readings..

Given the very high readings on cells #3, #5 and #7 you either have bad connections or you connected some wires in the wrong order.

THANK YOU, I Checked the wiring and It was very wrong. I corrected it and
