Loss of power for 5 seconds after AGS recharges batteries and shuts off.

Can anyone suggest what might be happening when I lose power for 5 seconds immediately after the generator shuts off after charging? Inverter is a Conext 4048 with a Kohler 12Res generator. It is set to kick on at 48V to recharge and does that perfectly. Once it's run for a bit and recharged, it shuts off, but there's a loss of power for 5 seconds immediately when the generator shuts down. I've been through all the settings and don't see anything that could be doing this. It's been suggested to startup a case with Schneider, but I wanted to see if anyone on here's had this issue or could suggest a solution. Thanks for any help.

AC transfer switch rating is 20 milliseconds. I'd say it's gone bad.
