Members experienced with Zantrex SW 5548 inverters

I have installed two of these Sw5548 inverters that I had bought over 10 years ago. My question is when I turn one inverter on it comes on hums inverts and makes power just fine the second inverter when I turn it on it comes on with a very loud click with a hum it also inverts and produces power just fine however a relay is coming on when I turn that inverter on trying to power something. I thought I reset it back to factory specs and it still does it any members familiar with these Trace inverters know what's normal for these when you first turn them on? Is there a way I can look into it and see if there's something enabled that's turning a relay on in the programming? I'm going to use them strictly as backup inverters to the grid tie system so I don't really want a relay powered on all the time being an extra draw. Unfortunately when I bought these two they were open box and both the manuals were missing. They are Nos in a Nos Trace Commercial 2 inverter housing module along with a Nos t240 Transformer with monitoring upgrade to the T240 transformer and future controlled temp cooling for the Transformer for more capacity and the inverters for longer life . I have some questions about them, II'm installing a system that is going to be much bigger and much more complex than my previous one the last three or four pictures are how far I have gotten as of last night I just installed that top power meter in the t240 I'm able to monitor now both the 120 input and the 240 output volts as well as amps, kilowatt hours and phase, power room will be the backup for a grid tied Fronius Primo 12.5 KW grid tie system and I'll have many questions on that system as well. really looking forward to meeting and talking with all you guys where I live seems like nobody's interested in this kind of stuff.. 90 days ago that was an empty closet the last pictures were taken just last night almost everything in that room less the batteries and a few of the upgrade pieces I've been collecting for over 10 years.
