Back in May I removed the roof top AC and installed two more solar panels ( 320 watt wired in series ) for a total 1430 watts . installed a Senville 9000 btu 120v mini split. Also added two more 200 ah lithium batteries for a total of 600 ah.

Removing roof top AC.. Planks leaning against awning to lower old AC...picture of my first two 395 watt QC panels I installed a few years ago.

I will post more pictures in a few..

I wanted to run the line sets under the trailer but after spending a few hours trying (just to many bends ) I decided to go up and over the roof to the front and come into the small closet.

At the outside unit (compressor) I used flexible line set extensions 3' long to help with the tight bends and to help with vibration going down the road.

I installed a Senville 9000BTU on my 7 x 14 cargo trailer -> camper. We're in year 3 and ~5,000miles and it works well. The coldest was 17F nightly lows. We bought the 'regular one' but they also make an extreme cold version.

I even bought a cover for the outside unit to protect against the elements (bugs? - I don't know) when driving due to some youtubes I watched - but it turned out it's not needed. We run it while driving in rain, snow storm, summer heat etc with no problems so far.

Wiring to outside compressor.. Line set coming thru front closet ceiling to head unit.I also built a shelf at under the head unit...

Nice!
Did you flare, or braze in the flexible lines?
I take it this is a 120V unit?
I would remove the solid conductor high voltage wiring and install SO or similar highly flexible wiring.
Mobile situations don't mix with solid conductors.

F.Y.I. there are ceiling cassette indoor units available for about the same price if you have wall space constraints.

We were on the road for 3 and 1/2 months and plugged in to shore power two times...even then I didn't have to just wanted to make sure all was working right.? We were in 90s to 70s temp wise and the 9000 btu worked better than I expected !
When first cooling down the unit slowly ramps up from about 200 watts to 720 watts draw....then within 15 to 20 minutes drops back down to about 150 to 200 watt draw ...one time we had rain for almost two days so not much sun and the batteries were at about 65%.

I'm glad I didn't go any more on the btus as in a 12000 btu.
So this is just my experience with this Senville 9000 btu and my solar set up...based on the over 3 months use I'm more than happy and would it again in a heartbeat ?

Yes I flared the flexible line sets...sorry forgot to say yes its 120 v...I'm sure your right with the solid conductors ...what I did was install a a metal brace to keep the flexible line sets and the wiring from moving...also I installed the outside unit on solid rubber to help somewhat with vibration

Yes I saw them when researching but the units I came across were bigger the 14" x14" hole ?

Glad to hear. Hope I have the same luck
