More S.S. Disappointment

I've purchased 26 panels, 4 inventers, and 6 batteries, etc. and I can never get any help from them. The one time I got help was a year ago on the phone. Be prepared to wait. Their email support is useless. They will key in on one thing and bail on the whole email. Buying from them is easy and fast. Prices are good but the service is not what they promote here on the forum.

Sadly this is not just a SS issue. Nor is it confined to email but seems to span many forms of communication these days. Anything more than a sentence long becomes white noise.

However that all aside. Your post failed to mention what problem(s) you are having.

Thanks for asking but I think I will save my questions for a different post. In fact, while waiting for a reply from SS I have found many options to consider that answer my questions here on this forum. What I really needed was some reassurance since I'm not gifted in the electrical or solar arts.
