Will there be an Orion XS 12/12-30 (or at least a smaller version) at some point?
The prices for the 50A version is quite steep it seems (at least for the ones currently offered) and I don't need that much power.

While I haven't priced the new Orion XS, it is configurable so you can set it to output only 20 amps instead of the full 50 amps.

Better I. think you set charge current to any anywhere btw 50 and 1 amp. So that way you can dail-in the max output of your alternator during idle (without overheating).

Why Victron did not add this feature years ago to the DC-DC line is a mystery...

Hopefully they'll come out with a bidirectional charger. That will help a lot of motorhome owners.
