No pre-charge resistor solution

Just putting it out there, this is how I was able to connect a large 48v inverter without a pre-charge resistor. Firstly touching the positive post on battery #1, then repeating on batteries #2, #3 and #4.

Spark was minimal and nothing blew up, cheers ?

Would have been faster using the resistor but if you don't have 1 handy, an old filament style 100 watt light bulb will do just fine.

yeah I didn't have one of those bulbs handy either, definitely If time is of the essence, don't do it my way, it was an extra 5-10 seconds of life that I'll never get back

#2 pencil is about 6Ω and works well.
