Hello
My name is Enrique, I got this combo from Oukitel, the BP2000 + B2000. It all seemed ok for a couple of cicles, but on the 3rd cycle the auxiliary battery got empty and now refuses to charge, I tried all inputs but no luck.
I also tried plugging the solar panel directly to the second battery, and the current shows only 1w of input and never raises from 0% charge.
I contacted Oukitel but no luck yet
Any help will be appreciated
