Hello all!

I am new here, but believe I have learned quite a bit. Appreciate everyone's contributions and knowledge sharing.

I am potentially looking for a different kind of help on building a LifePo4 battery to fit in essentially an 8"x8"x9" space on an OSET 24.0R bike. There is more space in the 9" dimension on one side which is where I would look to fit the BMS. A very not to scale ascii art shape is below. The 8" width is not pictured - just the 8" length and slightly larger than 9" height on the right side.

|-----------| 9"

|____8"____|

The bike presently uses a ~48v 20ah battery - believe it is an NCA battery.
The controller for the bike claims to have a peak 130 amp draw: Controller 48V, 130A peak, 3 dial, RB8
The motor on the bike is spec'd as: Brushed motor - 48V, 1400W

I have read elsewhere that the bike will pull a large amount of amps (>50).

It seems that a 16S1P Topband 3.2v LifePo4 Prismatic cells config could be grouped together to fit in the space.
Would this config face too much stress on these batteries with an adequate BMS?

I plan to get the bike on a stand and try to measure the power draw with different throttle scenarios. If that information is needed first, I apologize for not having it.

Any opinions on different cells or approaches would be greatly appreciated.
