Hi, I recently bought a Hoymiles HM-600 inverter fro my weekend-house. I have set up the system with two 170W solar panels and plugged in the inverter , but nothing is happening, the LED on the device is not lighting up. I verified the current from the panels and from the AC side, all seems to work fine. I had also the inverter replaced by my dealer but the second one is not working either. I assume that the chances that two units were broken from the factory is quite small.
Does any one have an idea how to troubleshoot this and where the problem may be?
The panels have 44V DC, the AC side is 230V AC.

Any update? I hooked mine up today and had the same thing happen. No light yet power from panels and grid.

Weird, these are usually plug and play.

Is the light supposed to turn on? I never bench tested the ones on my roof.

Can you borrow DTU from distributor and connect via wireless to debug? Without that you have a lot less visibility.

Did you verify no AC current from solar panels?

Is the L-N polarity correct?
