I bought a sunpolo 8kw and it does not output AC voltage at all, after startup it jumps from status: idle to fault (no additional error displayed).
I opened the unit and checked the major components, but cannot find anything broken, I assume that a firmware upgrade/replacement can fix it... however...
Someone had this issue ?
Someone have a service/repair manual for this, or the firmware and upgrade instructions ? (mine is running firmware version: 74.40)
