Could an expert please review my wiring diagram below and determine if its correct. I'm trying to connect eight 12 volt 200 Ah batteries to produce 48 volts and 400 Ah capacity. The batteries are AGM. How about balancing?

Yea looks ok , you've got parallel THEN series (2p4s), I'd normally do series parallel , I'm not sure which is better
