Shinewifi-f dongle for Growatt not working after trying firmware update

I tried to update the firmware on my Shinewifi-f dongle for Growatt inverter. Now it has a steady red light, and pushing the reset button doesn't do anything.
Can't connect to it, or access it from website.
Anyone know how to get it back working?

I have the same issue, my ShineWifi-F dongle will not allow me to connect. I have reset it, I get the blue light, when I connect to the wifi and enter : 192.168.10.100 I get This site cannot be reached,

Mine had all three lights solid on (red, green, and blue) and not responding to the button, they said that the update file was bad, and they replace it for me.

My case also.
In december, few days after starting the system, I was curious what does the new firmware.
I saw something suspect it was identified as wifi-x.
After upgrade the wifi dongle became bricked with all leds on.

The seller replaced for me by warranty.

So

DO NOT UPDATE THE FIRMWARE OF WIFI-F IF IT IS WORKING PROPERLY!!!

same isue for me cannot access 192.168.10.100 .Firmware Version：3.0.0.2

I've updated from 3.0.0.0 to v. 3.0.0.2 without issue and I use Shine tools from my phone to configure the dongle.
