I'm building my first battery pack, thinking of going with a 4s config of the 280ah shensen basen packs. its going to be used in an RV as the Aux battery.
Next I'm looking for a good BMS and considering a Daly just because it seems popular. open to suggestions. my question is about using a Smart BMS vs using a smart charger for checking battery stats on my phone. Whats better? it looks like adding bluetooth function to the BMS only costs maybe 20$ but will it tell me as much as a smart charger would?
