Opinions on if this is to high to hold this? It doesn’t fully charge everyday but a couple sunny days in a row and this is pretty much where it shuts off.
 
If that's sitting at float after charging then yes it's too high to hold continously. That's 3.58vpc
 
What kind of batteries do you have? SLA? LiFePO4?

If you have LiFePO4 then you should setup your SCC with an absorption voltage of 56.8-57.2V and a float voltage of 54.0-54.4V.

No it settles back down after awhile “hold” was the wrong word

yes lifepo4 32 280ah eve cells
I had it set to 57.8 and 54.4 so I moved it to 57.2 it all depends on where you look seems like everyone has a different opinion
 
You should be fine with those settings. I've been using 14.1/ 14.2v absorb and 13.6v float in an everyday use since 2016 with no issues.
