Hi! New member here struggling with my solar setup. After hours upon hours of research, second-guessing, and triple-checking I think I have my finalized system. If anyone has the time to look over it and make suggestions I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance!

Here is a list of components:
1 X 200-watt panel
1 X 100 AH Lith Battery
30A MPPT CC
1000W Inverter
100A Fuse Block
20A DC-DC Charger
Battery Monitor with 500A shunt
275A Kill Switch

All wire sizes and fuse sizes are noted in the diagram.

Your shunt is out of place. Wiring should be like this:

Battery (neg) -> BMS -> shunt -> common bus bar negative -> All devices
Battery (pos) -> fuse -> switch -> common bus bar positive -> All devices

Awesome! Thank you for your help. I'll make the necessary adjustments. Any other glaring mistakes you picked up on? Again, thanks for the help!

Check the spec on your MPPT device to see what size wires it can accept. If it is a terminal instead of stud then it should have a rating for wire size. For example, my Victron 100/50 solar charge controller specified that 6 awg is the largest it can accept. You don't need 4 awg coming from the MPPT, but if it will fit, I see no reason to introduce another size of wire to your system.
