Are those 25watt heaters? I just tested some today for the first time and they get pretty hot, enough so that I wouldn’t want them in direct contact with the cells.

STOP IMMEDIATELY ! PLEASE !!

Never Ever put cells into any conductive box without lining it with a non-conductive liner protecting the cells from making any contact. The casings are charged under that thin vinyl wrap. Line the box with a Thermo-Plastic phenolic sheeting or similar liner. The heat pad should also e well isolated / protected against shorts etc. Friction does not take long to cause damage and in a mobile application, friction can & will happen.

Most electrical supply (electronics) carry such and is readily available off ebay/amazon etc. TIP: Shops that sell RaspberyPi's and the componentry usually carry such and "cheap" too.

One company with a multitude of of materials to suit.

Hope it helps, Good Luck

Yes 25 watt at 12 volt. I will set then up , two in series so it will go down to 6.25 watt per element.. I liked the size ... Nice spread out over a larger area
