Modern day government does not want a thinking populace. They want sheeple - and, unfortunately, the US serves them up by the millions.
The video feed that frame came out of was with the helicopter circling the dead guy on the roof - before anybody was up there with him. Note the ladder is visible in the 1st frames of the video - before LE has climbed on the roof. Note that the news agency blurred his body but you can plainly see the rifle and his gear bag laying out on the roof. Look carefully past the rifle and you can see the blurring done to conceal the body in the video.

When you watch the video you will see the LE cars all around, the doors of the building standing open and not a single person is left standing outside to secure the crime scene. I would venture to say they were making it look like they were ensuring the inside of the building was secure before they climbed onto the roof. However, tactics 101 - you NEVER leave your base uncovered - especially when you have no idea how many people may be involved in the situation. Soooo... were they not concerned about that because they already knew there were no other bad actors in this scenario?
If law enforcement or whomever put the ladder up "after the fact", why would you place it in a hard to get to spot, hidden behind those large trees? HIDDEN BEHIND THOSE LARGE TREES. One of only a few spots on the entire property where you can't be seen from the street or from ground level. Note the police called his vehicle a "car" several times when they claimed they found explosive devices inside it. One might think if he was driving a van or truck to carry that big ladder the natural tendency would be to say "van" or "truck" - not "car". So, did the assassin bring a big-ass ladder with him to the site? If so - when and how?
The metal building the assassin was laying upon does not have ANY devices, AC systems, roof hatches, skylights, etc. that require servicing from the roof. So saying a ladder just happened to be left by the building tenant / owner, hidden behind the trees, to work on exactly nothing on the roof of the building, is simply bullshit. Don't believe me? Look for yourself. Also - notice there is no ladder just left in the space shown in the video.
Watch this video. Listen to the woman calling to the LE officer - to point out what was plainly visible from the ground. Yet nobody from LE reacted.

If I was a member of the Corey Comperatore family, I would be hiring the biggest loud-mouth attorney in the USA and filing every sort of grievance / lawsuit against the Secret Service, the event promoter, the FBI, local law enforcement - basically everyone charged with providing security at the event.
If you are unwilling to accept it was an inside job, it is impossible to say this was not gross negligence.

What's in a title?
Easy partner, Pennsyltucky is a great state (at least the majority of it) and the PSP are a pretty great group. I know a handful of them personally, out of uniform you wouldn't even know they are LE, they can drink around a fire and ride quads with the best of us. A detective I know won't hesitate to tell you how fucked some things are and what terrible decisions come down from the top.
I have a few close friends in the greater Pittsburgh area, they all firmly believe the whole thing is a big fuckery that never should have happened especially in an extremely red county.
Love how the SS director is quoting health and safety as the reason no one was on the roof don't those guys repel down the side of vertical walls in their training hell most of us put panels up on steeper roofs than that, I did recently using a step ladder lugging around 50lbs solar panels without any issues.

Why didn't the counter sniper team light him up as soon as he was spotted? I'm not gonna blame the local guy who confronted him I would have backed of if someone was pointing a rifle at me but the guy likely got on his radio asap and informed higher ups.
The more info that released the more I think this was utter failure of the people in charge they had ample information as well as opportunity to prevent this but for some insane reason they didn't.
