Please explain the process of how an illegal can vote so I can illegally vote 90 million times for Dolly Parton. It seems like you need to be a citizen to vote, which illegals aren't. Maybe you live in a stupid state that lets non-citizens vote, I don't know what state that would be. My state only allows citizens to vote, which means illegals can't vote.

Been that way for a long time. The Civil War was based on that too. The slaves counted as half man for reps and such. Women slaves were not counted at all. Matter of fact no women voted.

After CW black men could vote but wasn’t until much later until any women could vote. If they had listened to General Patrick Cleburne
in the South they would have won the War. He wanted to free the slaves in return for them to fight for South. Cleburne had freed blacks in his unit…. From what read his command terrified the Northerners. Out number him 3 to 1 he still won. They finally killed him.

Anyway yes the count matters always has since before first CW. The democrats won the 2020 CW. They cheated.

What is not debatable is they ARE counted in the census. And that controls the House. They stand to pick up about 7 more seats, enough to make major changes.

Around 600,000+ died in Civil War. 40,000 serving is small number. Now list the reason they were FORCED TO FIGHT TOO. There was a riot by whites in NY where whites were pissed that blacks were not being forced to fight. It was the Draft Riots of 1863

Now for the other part not spoken about initially Lincoln freed the slaves in the south hoping they would rebel and do a Haiti uprising. Afterwords all was freed. Lincoln had considered sending freed slaves to country of Liberia in Africa that was purchased around 1830 for freed slaves some 30+ years earlier than CW.
