I have a Sol-Ark-12K and I was trying to hook it up to my Fortress Power eFlex 5.4 batteries over the communication network. The instructions said to update the firmware, so I wrote support and they sent me (for free!) a USB -> RJ45 adapter. I was able to read the values from the battery with it and things looked good.
When uploading the latest firmware to the device, I started the flash, the battery instantly shut off and it won't turn back on again. Yikes. I wrote eFlex support but I thought I would check here too. Any ideas on how to recover this thing?
