I am hearing an unusual beep noise occasionally from my Growatt 5000 es 5 k inverter installed 6 months ago

I inspected the display panel

and noticed that just before the beep noise comes solar connection display gets cut off for few seconds and reconnected but the power source not changed

When the sunshine is in peak I hear the beep more frequently

but no beep during night time

This is not the usual beep noise making when changing the power source

Inverter does not show the usual red error light or an error code

I checked the solar line connections from inverter to the DC breaker but could not find anything

Despite this unusual beep the

Inverter is running as usual

Can anyone help to fix this is

What is your solar panel arrangement? How much PV voltage are you reading when the beep happens? Typically the beep you hear is from solar input going from enough to produce power to not enough. This is typical of first thing in the morning or late in the afternoon although it can happen if weather conditions drops PV enough that voltage to the SCC can not be maintained under load.

With your symptoms of the PV icon going out, and the beep sounding, during the daytime it makes me wonder if your panels are wired such that you are maintaining minimum voltage under load.

hello,
did you find a solution for the voltage drop? i am having the same problem.

thx
