Victron Blue Smart IP67 charger

Hi guys, here goes...

1. Is it possible to use this charger simultaneously with an inverter, perhaps in a busbar? Meaning both are turned on / operating?
2. Can this charger be used with a parallel battery bank?

I think the answers to both is "Yes."

1. If you're asking if the IP67 can be charging the battery powering the inverter from a generator or other AC source, youbetcha.
2. Even a single battery is a "battery bank," so there's no reason to think of multiple batteries in parallel as any different from a single large battery when charging in this context. Obviously, one has to engage in best practices to ensure the battery bank evenly shares system current as much as possible.
