I cant find anywhere if the three outputs could be different type batteries. Does anyone know?

I will have one 200AH lithium and the starter battery. it would be nice to have both permanently connected.

No. You can download the VictronConnect app and put it in demo mode. It shows you all the settings for the device.

You can only select one type of battery; however, the LFP program would also work fine on lead.

You can also enter expert mode and program your own voltages.
