Hi,

New here. I need help with a BMS recommendation for an odd 14S lifepo4 battery with at least 100a for a 48v system. I know 16S is ideal, but my inverter could take the low 36v and 64vdc. It is not in the sweet spot of 16S, but I believed the 14S would do for the range of 46.2v to 38vdc. I have researched the ANT BMS/Chargery, what other BMS could take 14S Lifep04 battery type at 48v? Many of the 14S, I researched are for Li - Ion or LiPo. I see the ANT BMS or Chargery could do various parameters on the setup screens which is nice. Also, will the 16S Daly BMS let you not use one of the battery balancing cables to make it 14S, will it work?

Thanks.

Li-Ion, LiTo, LiPo are different chemistries than LiFePo4 and they also run at different cell voltages.
There are no 14S for LIFEPO because that is outside of the standard.
4S LFP = 12V, 8S LFP = 24V, 16S LFP = 48V
These packs are the "closest fit" compared to standard Lead Acid voltage ranges, this is what makes them convenient for Drop-In replacement batteries. a 48VDC Pack will have this voltage range 0% SOC = 40V, 50% SOC= 49.2V 100% SOC = 58.4V
