Toward the end of the video the CEO says—

“When our battery is under full charge 14.6V & we disconnect the charger, the battery drops to 13.3V almost immediately & will hold there”

HOLY COW!!! Thats exactly what my battery does that made me think it was toast. There is a $2000 :)

As I understand it, the maximum charge voltage of a LiFePO4 cell is 3.65V (4S=14.6V) but it then operates over a relatively flat discharge curve from 3.3V (4S=13.2V) to 2.5V (4S=10V). The difference between charge and nominal (i.e. 3.3V to 3.65V) is the voltage required to push up to 1C through the cell's low internal resistance.
