OK I watched overkills video. First I'm powering the BMS with bench power supply and the BMS is not hooked up to a battery. I don't think that would matter. Anyway the blue light on the BT will flash once on power up, I see it on the phone and when I try to connect nothing happens. Blue light never comes back on after the initial power up. I have 3 BMS and 3 BT and all do the same thing so it leads me to believe I'm doing something wrong, other than they are not hooked to a battery its straight forward procedure to connect.
