diy solar

Yipee.... the 2023 is here.

There were already some minor indications which might lend credence to possible nerdiness. At least that's the talk on the street. Supposedly. I would never say anything like that but you know how some people talk trash. ?

What changes for solar, storage, and grounding?

I'm thinking I need to come up with an REC - Redneck Electrical Code. I'll bet I could get a lot of contributions from this forum. I may have to start a thread on that in the Chat forum.
If it can't be done with duct tape and WD-40, it does not need to be done!!!

It's ELECTRICAL code people...

Bailing wire, nails, and a 2x4...

REC 2023: Wire must have a minimum of 3 wraps around a 16 penny nail to qualify as a bus bar connection.

Duct tape must be rated for 10-ish shear strength.

Barbed wire can be used to connect ground mount mounted arrays to prevent varmits.

Scotch tape must be double-wrapped if it is used to insulate a wire.

Electric fences are not allowed near places the hunters take a piss

Superglue is the proper way to hold the GFCI button in.

I put it in the humor section because the chat threads don't show up on the new posts page.

@Rednecktek - I included your post before you edited it and added more so you'll need to go update that. Or I can. That's some funny shit man.
