Question about my system

Hello,
I built a portable solar system with 2-250W PV’s, a 40a Renogy Rover, a Renogy 2000W PSW inverter and 2-200? AH gel golf cart batteries.
I tried to use an 1800W tabletop induction stove to cook but the inverter alarm came on within 30 seconds and the 100a inline breaker tripped. Why didn’t it work? Was the 200W inverter too small? If I had used a 3000w inverter would my other components support it?
What should I do?
Thank you!
Wayne Brown

I’m sorry if I posted wrong. This was the first time I have used this forum, it’s a little confusing.

I checked my system and it has #4 wires. Where do you recommend buying #2 wires at the lowest price?
Thank you!

I have another question: Is it true that both the positive and negative wires going from the inverter to the battery must be exactly the same length?
