RuiXU battery experiences

The LI-b protocol contains temperature information

ok thanks,

I would imagine that Solar Assistant has to add this capability to their "Voltronic LI-b" protocol driver... right now all we get on the battery details are total Capacity, power, current, voltage and max current details. It does not split out details for each pack.

Their EG4 battery metrics are massively more detailed than this. I hope they can improve this are Ruixu-type packs become more popular but my interactions with Solar Assistant team are unfortunately not inspiring.

Can local customers pickup from your Rancho Cucamonga warehouse?

Can you make custom length cables? Im considering 2 Rx-LFP48100 for an RV installation where each unit will be side-by-side in parallel for 48v x 200ah total.

What is the recommended air gap around each unit for heat dissipation?

Thank you,

Brian

Looking for the "state of charge" of the Ruixu batteries when they were delivered.
If anyone measured them before they charged them it would be helpful.

when I got mine it stated 48% on the indicators but only took 3kWh to charge fully (54.6V) as per spec... Which you make it actually closer to ~38%... (1.8/4.8).

now that I have the batteries , I need 20ft. of rs485 communications cable to reach inverters. Does anyone know where to buy it? looked on amazon and ebay, no luck.

Thank you, found it easily on amazon. why is it called RS in some places, and RJ in other places?
RJ45 is the connection type I believe and RS485 is the communication standard.

Somewhere in the manual I read about the max length of the communication cable before signal is degraded.. Don't recall at the moment.

Perhaps a standard international fee your credit card company charges?
No doubt. I just wasn't expecting it because they have an office in LA. I guess when you place the order it goes outside the US and they give it to their office in the US or wherever.

Hello Brian,
yes,you can pick up the batteries from our Rancho Cucamonga warehouse. what lenghts cables you need now? we have 30cm/80cm/200cm cable available in Califoria warehouse.

Best packaging I have seen in years.

Batteries are double boxed with foam inside the inner box.
The cart is single boxed but has foam edge corners between the box and cart. It is held (screwed) to the pallet with an interesting steel bracket on each foot.
No dents bumps or scrapes on anything.

Well done Ruixu!
