Batrium-experiences...

They are definitely have supply issues and the move put them behind, its been almost 4 months waiting on my return and additional order.

I am also still waiting, they also told me that they are working on the problem. What would they call me...
 
I hope it will work out well. Apart from the stops I'm pretty happy with their stuff. I'm not sure what alternative I could use in case of a failure. Shortly I will try THIS, I'm not so hopeful, but you never know...

Is it any good? I'll see it next week, and a friends battery pack is about to be ready, so we going to use it on his setup for now. He is a bit concerned about Batrium... Me too.
 
OK... Batrium guys made an attempt to solve the problem, but doesn't seem to be they nailed it.
I managed to capture the issue.
Here is the video, the problem starts at 1:15...
What a shame...
 
Still no core for me, they shipped an order from over 3 months ago. I emailed them a week ago about status but no response.
 
I had a bit of drama with shipping, but that was rather on DHL and not on them. But nothing to compare to your 3 months.

I'm hoping that they are close to shipping my core back. I'm starting to wonder if I should ask for watchmon 4 instead.

I just saw your post. I'm having the same issue. I have 1 WatchmonCode and 6 CellMon K9 for a total of 96 Cells. My system is connected to a Victron CerboGX on the BMS Can. The freezing lasts long enough for the Victron system to report a BMS loss of communication and to shutdown. Batrium acknowledged the problem and told me that they need time to find a solution.
 
Nice, they just came back to me today after several weeks of agony, telling me my problem is pretty unique, nobody else reported the same, so they suggested to go through on the "troubleshooting" as per they suggest it (apparently the same thing what I tried myself on day 1). Sorry but doesn't seem to be they have any idea what is going on.

Exactly... Is your random as well? I have days when nothing happening, than it is not even capable to recover for hours. After that just running fine... no pattern what I can see.

Super random. sometimes it does nothing and sometimes it freezes every couple of minutes with a variable duration.
