EG4 6500ex and AC input issue

EG4 6500ex issue, showing 165v AC for input. Any one have this issue
Shows an F12 Fault code. tested ac input and its 124v. unit will shut down after turning on after about a minute. have a second unit and it works fine.
was set to 2p1 on faulty inverter, 2p2 on the one that works fine. signature solar doesnt know whats the issue

For split phase 2p2 must be 2p2 - 180. Double check that setting and re-set your inverters (both of them)
2p2-120 will not work for US 240vac systems.

Out of curiosity, you are using a single pole breaker to feed the AC Input correct?

He has 2 inverters, each needs a 60a breaker. So he should be using a double pole breaker.

I have 2 of the same inverters. I'm using single pole breakers.

2 single pole breakers or 1 double pole. Either will work.

using 1 double 50 amp breaker.
have both units set for 2p1 and 2p2-180 degrees
unit showing 165 volt ac in wont really do anything but beep continuously for about a minute then shuts down. tested wires going into both units and test showed 124v ac input from grid/panel. has been 3 weeks plus and no word from signature solar.

I realize you’ve probably tried everything. But with those symptoms it almost sounds like the units are in 3 phase. Are you sure they say 2p1? It can be an easy mistake

also, got this error without switching on solar panels or battery. when trying to run off battery only , get the same error. basically its saying ac input voltage too high. even without ac power!

Utility. Tested at 124 volts per branch. Tried using the other input to 2nd inverter, but same error so it can't be that one is higher v than the other.
