Thank you! Pierre responded and fixed the problem. It was caused by wrong reading of time zone for my location. Now I'm happy

Pierre is a good guy with a good product. I give him crap sometimes but it's only because the product is good and I would love to see it get even better. I recommend SA to everybody I talk to.

Bonus!!
I just noticed that Version 2023-02-28 has been released

It is listed on my PI as a new Ver 2022-10-30 but when I updated it came up as the Feb 2023 release.
It seems like my load Gauge sticking issue on the Tablet is fixed.

In the morning I will watch the Guage data updates for a longer period to see if they are more consistent but so far it's looking good.

Hey all, i have SA with Solark 12K.
Suddenly, it stopped summarizing W: PV output. It shows per day, but Week stays at zero.
Reboot did not help.
Any ideas?

Hi! Is it possible to change battery capacity to actual one (30KWh)? Growatt does have a setting in menu #10 "Number of series batteries connected", but it does not allow changing it from "4". And now Solar Assistant shows incorrect growth.

UPD: I found it in the advanced settings of Solar Assistant

I cannot even fathom how hard it must be for you guys in Ukraine. How are you holding up, I hope you’re in one of the safer regions.

I appreciate it a lot! Words of support really help. My wife and two daughters are in Austria as refugees since the beginning of the war. I am in Kyiv, so now it is safe enough compared to the first two months. We have restored our electricity supply, got used to air raids, and still suffer from a destroyed economy. From time to time you forget about the war, but later reality catches up with you. Any way we pray and optimistically keep watching how our neighbor-aggressor is coming to their complete failure.

I am happy that your Wife and Children are out of the country and that you are in Kyiv.
If there is anything that I can help you with let me know. I am pretty sure that most people on the Forum will try to help you with whatever problems you are having. How do you guys deal with getting Goods into the country. Does Fedex or any of the services still work properly or do you have to ship to a neighboring country and drive to pick it up?

It is so kind of you, Robby. There are no air flights in Ukraine, but tracks and railway cargo work. The government canceled taxes for all goods that help people to live through the blackouts. So many Ukrainians now have batteries, inverters, power banks, generators, and some even solar panels

. Praise God this winter was not cold. Now we are ok and as I know started to export energy to EU in spite of being invaded by russia Zaporozhska nuclear power plant, the biggest in the country.

Hi, Wondering if someone can help? I'm having an issue where Solar Assistant is no longer updating the sensor.pv_energy in Home Assistant so it's not showing any solar production in the energy dashboard. What topic does this update from so I can check it is correct on MQTT please? I have restarted SA and HA. Solar production is showing in the SA interface... Thanks!

Reload the MQTT integration, you may need to check the IP address it is using. It's a good idea to assign your Solar Assistant Pi a static IP address in your router if you haven't already.

Thanks. Everything has a static IP and has been rebooted. All the other details are coming over OK. It's only the sensor.pv_energy that is no longer updating. It would be handy to check with mqttfx to see if it's being reported correctly if anyone can confirm what I need to look for..

Hi all, the ability to change charge current aka "Max Grid Charge Current" stopped working recently from HomeAssistant/MQTT -> Solar Assistant. I let Pierre know. I'm on the most current beta & can change the grid charge current from SolarAssistant interface fine just not in HA. Assume it's a bug due to recent MQTT changes...

I'm not on beta and can report this is still working OK on firmware 2023-02-28. This was yesterday:

Mine stopped working over MQTT too, contacted support today, also stopped working at 01:00 yesterday.
All total increasing measurement is reporting 0
battery_energy_in
battery_energy_out
grid_energy_in
grid_energy_out
etc...

Gah. Destroying my statistics!

are we sure it doesnt have somthing to do with mqtt broker 6.2.0 update that homeassistant pushed out yesterday?

yes it does i rolled it back and its working again downgraded to 6.1.3
