JBD does not honour warranty

Purchased a 100A BMS from JBD, all went well for a couple of weeks, noting that the 20 Amp limiter did not work , later on the BMS went faulty with discharge FET no longer working JBD will not honour the warranty and keeps asking stupid questions when all evidence was supplied to them.
Now ignoring any communications with them.

Can you post more pictures of the JBD software? If its a mosfet can you unsolder and replace it?

Last communication from them this morning was that the charge limiter is dependent on the pack maximum discharge current setting which is a protection setting not a limiting setting.
The Chinese Engineer is stating this, makes you wonder where he got his education.

If you insinuate that I did not do a calibration, you be wrong, I did this when I built the battery.
