18kpv what is acceptable load voltage sag?

2x 2g cables 4’ from 4p16s 280ah battery.
Load Voltage drops to 220v then comes back up in about 2 seconds ish when a good load come on. This is in off grid mode.

Im waiting for a new dongle from SS. Does the newer firmware update help the voltage sag dramatically?

From 240v to 220v seems anything above 3kw. Even 800w loads brings it down to 226 for a second then recovers to 240

If you are on the original factory firmware then yes the updated firmware it will improve that drastically for you.
