Recently L2 started tripping off when sudden high load. Normally both L1/L2 powering off grid circuits at 100 to 400 watts each, but when a heavy load comes on such as an air conditioner (on L2) with a spike to 1.6kw the unit tries to rest, momentary cycles 5watts then on pre surge load value (approx 100-400 watts). Wondering if I have a failing converter board in the unit as it will handle the (surge) load sometimes for a few hours then all of a sudden will not.
NOTE I did try the circuit back on the grid with no failures observed, and tried different high load devices such as shop vac, second air conditioner. Also, occasionally use a well pump for irrigation (240v with soft start. Loads each phase to 1.5kw to 1.65kw)) Same intermittent fault, works fine for an hour or so then suddenly L2 fails (and softstart cuts power and goes into reset cycle).
