G'day all
I recently built a shed & wanted it offgrid powered, so I put in:
- 1 x Tindo Solar KARRA 330P panel (made in Adelaide/ AUSTRALIA),
- 1 x portable Enerdrive Adventurer (which has 240VAC-12VDC, DC-DC) charging & 2KW inverter (with Auto-Transfer & RCD switches) canopy system (made in Queensland/AUSTRALIA),
- 1 x CALB 12V 240Ah LiFePO4 battery (made in China) with DALY 250A BMS.
I opted for the Enerdrive products rather than the also reputable Victron products as I wanted products that had friendly digital user-interfaces, rather than rely on smart phone & bluetooth for connection & control. I want to keep it simple to avoid difficulties if I have failure of phone, or bluetooth.
It powers my 10m length of 12V LED ceiling strip lights, & tools I use in shed. I designed the system so that it is easily disconnected from shed in a minute, & easily carried by 1-person & re-installed into my truck to be used with a 200W solar foldable-blanket for when I go camping.
